A Light Touch

A Light Touch creates rhythms for two different sets of individuals that interrupt each other when they come into contact. Through this, the piece explores how the entrance of new perspectives can shift one’s orientation to the world around them without entirely wrenching one from their foundations. It is through these experiences that we all become individuals with unique opinions and viewpoints on the world around us. Set to the music of Eddie Lang’s April Kisses and Jess Stacy’s In the Dark - Flashes, this piece is a nostalgic and optimistic view of internal growth.
